This Publix is the newest in my area. I like visiting this location because it's kept clean. I visited some locations, and have found reminents of partially eaten food, or trash on the shelves. The produce and deli sections items look fresh and inviting. The associates are helpful. I have never really had a issue with this Publix like that but I’m trying to understand what’s the point in ordering online (to skip the line) then you guys have a 30 minute grace period and when I get to the store my food is still not prepared . Then when trying to ask a question in regards to if my food was already prepared behind the counter the lady acts like she has an attitude … mind you my food was supposed to be picked up by 8:30 pm and hardly no one is in the store .
