I’ve been shopping at this Publix since it opened, and unfortunately, the service has gone downhill. Each visit feels like another disappointment. I recently spoke with the manager, and instead of addressing my concerns, I got a rehearsed speech about how “great customer service” is here no matter the time — which couldn’t be further from the truth.
