My doctor sent in my prescription at noon. I arrived at 4:00 and was told it would be an hour wait! Three people behind and the counter were filling prescriptions for people who weren't even there! I was the only customer present. As a kicker, my prescription is a pre packaged medication from the factory. In short it's just a matter of take it off the shelf, put a label on it, and ring it up. I just love this store's location for many reasons but especially now that instead of the gallons of water being the different ones on their own shelf, they have placed them on each shelf, i.e. purified water 3 across and down each shelf.

I recently called the store to ask if they could fill some balloons with helium, and I was told over the phone that yes, they could, and that there was no charge. Based on that information, I dropped off my balloons. When I came back to pick them up, I was suddenly told the total would be $94. I explained that I had been told there would be no charge, and customer service was understanding at first.
