The customer service representative, Janna, was incredibly disrespectful to an elderly customer who was asking for particular bills in change. I received similar dismissive treatment that I have never experienced at any other Publix. I will no longer be shopping at this Publix, they were hostile & inconsiderate.
Ordering ahead clearly means nothing.
Poor service. I ordered a sub at 3:00 p.m. It was 4:20 p.m. and it still wasn't ready. Order number: 468-p4046
