Wanda, who works in the deli, is slow, rude, and snappy. She makes bad sandwiches and gets mad when she messes up the order. This happens all the time. She brings down the quality of everything and you can tell the other workers, who actually are nice, genuinely don’t like her. She shouldn’t be working there.
Wanna shoutout Asst. Store Manager Adam for helping me get out of the parking garage! Forgot my physical card to pay at the kiosk and then it ate my ticket. Adam was so patient when I couldn’t get in contact with parking services and took time out of his day to help me.
I went in to play my lottery and Jason walked up to the counter he didn't acknowledge me I just handed him my lottery play slips he asked me how much it is I told him he ran them in the machine and I wanted a $5 lottery ticket he asked me if I had enough to get the ticket I said yes and handed him $2 because I had $3 left he has poor customer service you don't ask someone if they have want to buy anything because if I didn't I wouldn't have ask for it
