Least helpful store I’ve been to. As a former Publix employee, it is sad that the department manager and grocery associate couldn’t look in the back for a product I was looking for. Thankfully, there are better stores close to my area

Good day. A fine shopping experience in almost every way. We've had problems at the pharmacy, though. It seems that Publix pharm management is not concerned about poor customer service at the Shoppes At Hammock Cove, Thomason Rd Naples. We've moved most of our prescriptions to the Publix Pharm, Kings Lake Davis Blvd Naples, FL. Once in a while, for convience, we use The Shoppes at Hammock Cove. Thomason Rd. Naples FL. The pharmacy at this store is a total joke. There is no communication and the pharmacist is incredibly rude. When attempting a dialog, you are spoken to as if you are a child. If you need to use Publix for a pharmacy go to any of the other locations in this area. I know that this will be my last time here.
