I would like to file a complaint regarding the service provided by an employee at Publix Liquors named Sandy. The employee displayed an extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional attitude while assisting customers. At several moments, he gave the impression that he was doing customers a favor by serving them, showing impatience, lack of interest, and little willingness to help. I had a very bad experience at Publix Liquors because of an employee named Sandy. He is an older man who was extremely rude, unfriendly, and clearly not suited to deal with customers. His attitude made it feel like he was doing us a favor just by being there. This is especially disappointing because I love Publix and have been a loyal customer for years. The staff is usually excellent—but not in this case. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this Publix Liquors location.

Guy at the liquor store was rude to me regarding and id everyone that visits this location isn't from Florida. You aren't the law.
