Likely the last time in a while ordering this. Buffalo chicken finger wrap. Was basically a crispy breading wrap. Waited way too long for this. They had three people up there making sandwiches, and still waited 25-30 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. She made a loud callout saying after my order, chicken fingers would be a half hour, but didn’t bother to tell me that these were dry and basically just the crunchy breading. I've never had such a bad experience at a Publix before. I waited an HOUR for my sandwich order. When I waited in the sandwich line and they said they were behind on orders my subs should've been next. But no I had to wait. And I understood waiting until closer to my pick up time. I was 10min early. But to have to wait 45 minutes after my pick up time for my subs and then still had to wait another 10min for my third sub to be made.
