I love the publix aprons cooking school! I remember at a past class that they said they did catering and special events, so when my husband and I were picking a spot for our rehearsal dinner, they were on our very short list. We decided this would be fun, memorable and best of all, Chef Ray guided us towards a perfect menu that suited our taste. This was a great experience with Joseph and Brian. The food was excellent, wine and the presentation of the dishes excellent.! I definitely will be back!

So much fun. Great girls night or date night. The chefs were terrific. Highly recommend.
We went for the food truck fare class and all of it was delicious and I can’t pick a favorite. Chefs Ray and John were both great and I highly recommend the class. My only complaint is that I’m not a drinker and there wasn’t an option to not pay for the alcohol.
