The drivers are pretty great. The customer service reps are the worst of the worst. I called to prepay because I didn't have cash on me. I was told it would be a $8.00 minimum to prepay. I prepaid thinking I was covered for my trip to walmart and back. I found out that it only covers one trip and the rest is considered a donation!! I'm a senior, with a 100% disability and had to walk 9 miles home that day because of this. I will never use this service again and I am letting everyone I know not to use it. Customer service this morning was very unprofessional.
Very thankful tor this service. It has been a godsend. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Above and beyond by all employees.
Called a week in advance and didn’t get agents name. Spent some time getting in system and booking trip to doctors office. Checked the day before pickup and was told no trip had been booked and I was going to call back to confirm, just pure baloney from the supervisor. Glad to know this about PTS but disappointed at what seemed to be a great service especially to older folks.
