Customer service this morning was very unprofessional.
Very thankful tor this service. It has been a godsend. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Above and beyond by all employees.
Called a week in advance and didn’t get agents name. Spent some time getting in system and booking trip to doctors office. Checked the day before pickup and was told no trip had been booked and I was going to call back to confirm, just pure baloney from the supervisor. Glad to know this about PTS but disappointed at what seemed to be a great service especially to older folks.
The schedulers were great in helping me arrange appointments after surgery. The bus drivers were compassionate and made an effort to get to know me. Would highly recommend.
