While the courses are of solid quality, the user experience is horrific. I submitted three requests to reset my password and waited 12 hours, never received an email to reset. Sent an email to the client centre. Called the office multiple times, it always goes to voicemail. Logged onto the live chat, it says estimated time 1 minute, that was ten minutes ago.... still waiting. They need to hire more IT support.
