Extremely disappointed with bad service, rudeness and slow process. We tried buying a car 4 weeks ago but lost the car because our credit union cant get their acts together and get it done
Been a member over 7 years. THEY MOVE AT SNAIL SPEEDS. * YOU NEED A LOAN. TAKES 2 WEEKS TIME * WANNA BUY A CAR= 2 WEEKS APPLICATION TIME . Always been slow and never want to improve. Due to an error on my part, I needed to visit this office to figure out what was wrong. After some confusion about my account, I was met with an almost hostile, condescending and rude behavior from the clerk behind the desk, and her supervisor that was in the office. Apparently, after talking to others about my experience, I find out this place is known for its unpleasant manners. The girl behind the window was polite, but these other 2, not so. Ed Olearczyk, you are missed !!!!
