I was a dedicated member from 2009 up until December 2024. Throughout this tenure with PSCU, I had Direct Deposit and would always keep money sitting in my account, in which allowed for PSCU to lend and make money. I finally had an emergency car repair and needed to borrow money for the repair, but was denied by the Loan Officer, Kimberly Sable, of the Oak Park branch. I been with this credit union for 17 years im ok with that but wht I'm not ok with is how I got a direct deposit and it that came in on a Friday night and this credit union do release direct deposits on weekends that's crazy to me but every other credit Union and Banks do you guys need to do better
We just moved back to Michigan after being away 23 years. We were not sure who to bank with. After making several phone calls to other local banks, Most of whom either did not call back or did not answer the phone, We noticed this credit union close to a place where we shop And I’m so glad we went in!
