I been with this credit union for 17 years im ok with that but wht I'm not ok with is how I got a direct deposit and it that came in on a Friday night and this credit union do release direct deposits on weekends that's crazy to me but every other credit Union and Banks do you guys need to do better
We just moved back to Michigan after being away 23 years. We were not sure who to bank with. I have had an auto loan with this credit union for the last couple years. I traded in the vehicle that I had a loan for and the dealership sent a check to pay off the remaining loan balance on April 18th. Today is May 5th and PCSU automatically withdrew $400 from my bank account to pay the loan that had been paid off on April 18th I received an email stating that my payment was being processed and IMMEDIATELY called PCSU to stop this payment because the loan had already been paid off in full.
