We just moved back to Michigan after being away 23 years. We were not sure who to bank with. I have had an auto loan with this credit union for the last couple years. I traded in the vehicle that I had a loan for and the dealership sent a check to pay off the remaining loan balance on April 18th. Today is May 5th and PCSU automatically withdrew $400 from my bank account to pay the loan that had been paid off on April 18th I received an email stating that my payment was being processed and IMMEDIATELY called PCSU to stop this payment because the loan had already been paid off in full. Pros: It is clean and feels safe. Offers many services and convenient location. Cons: Tellers are borderline rude or indifferent. There were many tellers, but only a few were helping members.
