I just spent an hour there trying to withdraw money from my CU as this is supposed to be a share branch that accesses other CUs. They invented this terrible system to verify one's identity that does not work. Question to this branch, how about just using my State Issued ID to identify me? This has worked for decades before the computer age.
I was a dedicated member from 2009 up until December 2024. Throughout this tenure with PSCU, I had Direct Deposit and would always keep money sitting in my account, in which allowed for PSCU to lend and make money. I finally had an emergency car repair and needed to borrow money for the repair, but was denied by the Loan Officer, Kimberly Sable, of the Oak Park branch. They’re very courteous, knowledgeable & caring.
I been with this credit union for 17 years im ok with that but wht I'm not ok with is how I got a direct deposit and it that came in on a Friday night and this credit union do release direct deposits on weekends that's crazy to me but every other credit Union and Banks do you guys need to do better
