On 18 Sep 24 I had one of the best experiences ever at this Redford branch. The branch manager in particular was very knowledgeable and proficient in the roles she hold. Not to mention she is willing to work with you, given you must put the work in to learn, and maintains her professionalism making the learning process worthy to pay attention to.
