Customer Service Wasn't Good..
This is a great branch. Always friendly and helpful.
On 18 Sep 24 I had one of the best experiences ever at this Redford branch. The branch manager in particular was very knowledgeable and proficient in the roles she hold. Not to mention she is willing to work with you, given you must put the work in to learn, and maintains her professionalism making the learning process worthy to pay attention to. Thank you for your patience.
Today was the 3rd time I deposited through the drive through and the money didn't match the deposit slip. the two times before they called me at the end of the day and found the money. Today the teller told me the money didn't match my deposit slip I was frustrated and furious. I proceeded inside for the to look surprised like this is something that's unheard of. Just hoping they are honest and put the money in my account
