This credit union is just awesome. Formerly I was a customer at National City, and then I heard about Metro Shores and decided to check it out. The people there are much more friendly and make you feel very welcome. They go out of their way to help me when I am having a hard time balancing my check book. If I ever have a problem and I call them they always help me with it. Even if it is not right away they will figure out a way to help me and call me back. Not only are they professional, courteous and well run, but as a member, I have been getting dividend checks 4 times a year!!!! I don't have a lot of money in there, but I still enjoy the financial benefits of a extremely well run organization.
