Wish I could give them no star's!
So disappointed in this bank....I cannot believe the treatment and experience I have had. I urge anyone considering banking with PSCU to rethink that plan! There are so many hidden fees and service charges that they will end up taking almost every dollar you deposit. My recommendation would be to stay as far away from this place as possible!
Awful customer service, never available over the phone. Will charge you fees, will not look out for you as a consumer. At least my bank will waive fees in certain circumstances when their employees tell the customer the wrong information. Bad place to do you banking and loans at, stay away.
Metro Shores is a very friendly place, I have been with Metro Shores for a very long time. I enjoy going to the Trenton office, the girls there are very nice. I will never bank anywhere else and recommend this credit union to everyone!!!
Best credit union around! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! I have dealt with different branches and departments and am amazed that they all go the extra mile regarding service!
Metro Shores Credit Union is Horrible. I just spoke with a bank Rep at Trenton location, Janice she was rude over talked me and argumentative, very pissed ! will be leaving this bank. please do your self a favor and choose another credit union, the one in Flat rock is no better if you have a problem you need to call Janice at the Trenton, location. I took a Metro Shores Credit Union customers check to this branch and they would not give me the full amount of the check because I was not a member. I would never do business with this bank because the members checks are not even worth the paper they are written on. Shame on them! I hope this deters a lot of people from doing business with them.
Sometimes the service is slow, always someone asking for money at the entrance to the building.
