I don’t even have to go write and explain how unpleasant the story I heard from a relative who spoke no English going there to get help but was completely rejected and yelled at. I just would like to speak to whoever is higher up but she doesn’t know anything or anyone other than physically going to the office. Place needs better people professionally trained to help their community!
I show up early at meetings and they are always late. Today this lady Ms. B. Jur... did not meet with us until 1:47 pm when our appointment was at 1:30pm. Talk about being professional. They should know that other people have places to be at as well. Never again.
