crosscreek- An agreement was approved for resident/non resident use. is the agreement includes that use of the amenities center for reservations for private events are now for a fee. In other words, to reserve any portion of the amenities center now requires us residents to pay a usage rate and security deposit. I don’t agree with paying a fee to reserve the pool area.
