The representative was very polite, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to listen as I have a speech impediment from vocal cord cancer. Outstanding customer service and a wonderful Ladie.
PERA staff are very professional, respectfully and they will always find an answer to your question. Thank you for your service PERA.
After trying to navigate through my benefits myself, I reached out to PERA and received an almost immediate response. Christina, the Outreach Bureau Chief, answered every single question I had - in record time - and showed me the tools I needed if I wanted to access this information online. I was totally impressed with the service I received and will not hesitate to reach out again should I need to. Thanks again, Christina!
Christiana with customer service, was absolutely amazing! She responded to my email in less than 10 minutes and answered all my questions. It was quite surprising and refreshing to have someone that was so helpful and quick to reply back! Thank you!
