This service sucks. First of all they do not have a actual place. They only work off of text messages and will tell you to go to a location and wait for a mechanic, who in fact doesn't show up. Don't waste your time
I have been renting from this company for 2 days now. I had their for 3 months straight never had issues. I paid my weekly on time and received my deposit in full after a month 2 weeks because they had to check for tickets which takes time I know. I will rent and I highly recommend Public car rental.
