I contacted Julia when I was completely frustrated filing a home claim with water damage.i did not understand even the role of an adjuster. Julia was patient, professional and an expert in her field. Her results were above my expectations. I can not imagine how I would have navigated without her. I would have been left high and dry and never reached the settlement she was able to. I cannot recommend Juliana's services enough to anyone having a hard time navigating a claim with a homeowners insurance carrier! Juliana helped our family successfully fight National General Insurance on a wrongful homeowners insurance claim denial after a pipe in our basement leaked causing lots of water and mold remediation work as well as a significant remodeling effort.
