Kaylee does great sports massage therapy, she is very knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend PTWORX for your massage therapy needs!
Kaylee Avalle is the massage therapist I work with here. Came in with an injured shoulder I'd been dealing with for a year or so. Doctors at various different locations ran X-Rays and MRI's, but weren't able to find anything or offer any helpful suggestions. Spent a few weeks working with Kaylee and she was able to help alleviate the issue by working specific trigger points. Would recommend.
I've have arthritis in my knees and after a large weight loss, the problem got worse. With Johns knowledge and help with my pain issues he completely turned my attitude around about needing surgery. With his exercise tasks that he gave me, my pain is minimal. I would definitely recommend his services.
John is highly knowledgeable and great to work with! If you are looking for physical therapy, do yourself a favor and try here first!
I've had a few massages with Kaylee and have nothing but good things to say. Provided between session exercise for me to do to help with shoulder tension! Highly recommend.
