I dealt with Síle Ryan in the Nenagh, Co Tipperary branch. She was compassionate, kind and so helpful to me and eased my worries at a very traumatic time in my life. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she explained everything to me (more than once) and at my pace. The PTSB has been been my bank for approximately 50 years and I couldn't recommend it enough.
Went to this branch a few weeks back to make some bank draft and the initial experience was impressive due to less busy and fast service. However, when I got the draft ready I saw that the receiver name printed on the draft was wrong. They acknowledged the fault immediately and created a new draft with in an hour but the original draft fees were not refunded with in 48hrs as promised. Had a great customer experience with a young man Jack. He was bubbly, helpful, and an all round gas young fella. Well done jack!!
Every time I go into the bank I am kept waiting for customer services. Very unfriendly staff except for one man.
