Terrible bank, closing my account and moving elsewhere, trying to do a simple task like cancelling an over draft was a painful experience.
Literally cant even look at my balance at the moment on the app, the shop looks like its barely open at all dont think I will ever be able to check my balance at this rate!
Terible service, lazy and unprofesional. You come in and they don't care about your needs. All they say is you need to do it online, no cash in bank, no we can't put cash on your account we can't be botherd. O you would like to exchange USD? Sorry we don't do exchange. Block your direct debit and get you in truble because Microsoft transaction in very strange and they don't even notify you. Just avoid!
Had a personal account with ptsb for years . Went to set up my business account with them and was an absolute nightmare for some reason my pps wouldn't work to do it online ( even tho it worked for my personal account) I went to celbridge branch and was fobbed off to maynooth . Eventually got an appointment after being put through to about 5 different departments .
