I had a great experience dealing with Eoghan Waldron at the bank. He was incredibly polite, accommodating, and went out of his way to be helpful throughout the process. Eoghan made everything clear and straightforward and his professionalism really stood out. Excellent customer service and much appreciated!
Bad customer service. I found one employee interested in my needs. Hotline is horrible. No possibility to speak to an agent. I quit as soon as possible.
