first, you go back to dock 1-10, then you go to the office to check in, then you wait in line locked like a monkey in a zoo to get loaded or unloaded. It's tight to back up to or out of the dock. There's no bathroom, and the worst part is that it's supposed to be first come, first served, but they go first to whoever they know or who has less pallets. I told the forklift guy that there was a line, to be loaded or unloaded , and he didn't care. It's a waste of time. If you can, don't come here.
