I highly recommend ptmovement wellness centre. Valerie has been an absolute asset in preparing me with pre-op services and exercises to make my knee replacement surgery run smoothly. All the staff are very attentive and helpful and extremely accommodating. I may be 90 years old however, Valerie makes me feel like 50. I am also impressed with all the different services offered here.
