Moved from Ptera, to many (outages) interuptions. Called to cancel and they charge an additonal month requiring a 30 day notice to cancel. Never heard of a business except employment or apartment/home rental. Just another way to get more money! Wow!!! I'd give a 0 star if they gave the choice.
After being a customer for many years they discontinued our service without warning. Found out that they dropped us from using their service because of where we live and they don't want to update their hardware to continue providing internet service. No call, no email, no warning and our service was canceled. I'd give them less than 1 star if possible.
