Peter works towards fixing the actual issue and helping you maintain that rehabilitation yourself by providing exercises, insight and routines in order to keep yourself in check without having to constantly rely on assistance. 10/10 recommend

Peter is not only an exceptional Physio but also an amazing friend to have in your corner. I came in with an ITB issue from running and the attention to detail, quality of care and effort Peter placed into each and every one of our sessions by far exceeded all other Physio's I've been to. Can't recommend him enough.
I attended PTC over a period of five or so months for some recovery work in my wrist and ankle, after an unfortunate running accident. Mr Peter Ali exceeded all of my expectations. He was exceptionally knowledgable and pragmatic (an often difficult balance to strike, I note), and it was clear from the outset that he approached his work with an attitude of wholeheartedness and ardour. I also found him to be congenital, good-natured, and pleasant to work with. I would, without any reservation, recommend PTC.
