Alexa is hands‑down the best physical therapist I’ve worked with. My highest recommendation if you’re in need. She listens closely, explains clearly, and designs sessions that challenge without overwhelming. Pelvic Floor Therapy is insanely underrated care for helping women feel their best throughout the whole body, and having a supportive and understanding specialist makes all the difference! I have been coming to PT2Go Moyock for about a year and Allie is so patient and knowledgeable. She takes the time to learn what is/has been going on with YOU, what you are comfortable with and what kind of care will help you see long term results. My back feels better, my pain is way down and my strength is up! Don't keep putting off PFT.
