Alexa is a fantastic PTA! I have severe neck arthritis and have been working with Alexa for several months now. My pain level has decreased significantly yet, if I miss appointments for vacation or any other reason, I can really tell. Alexa really listens to me, and knows exactly how much to push me to help me get stronger. With so much pain, it has been a slow process, but definitely much better than surgery! Definitely the best Physical therapy location there is. Allie is really good with making sure you receive the best care and training you need. After knee replacement surgery she helped me get back to being able to do what I did before surgery. Very attentive to all the needs and makes you feel comfortable. Will definitely use this location again after my next knee replacement..
I was not optimistic due to my poor experience with "physical therapy" from my time in the military. Allie asked me to give her a chance to change my mind. I can say my pain is way down and my mobility has significantly improved without needing a doctor to cut on me. If anything else breaks down on me or gets out of wack, I will gladly go back to work with Allie. 🐈 🐄.
Alexa and Ally have done a great job helping my spouse recover from his hip replacement! The personalized attention really encouraged him and built his strength back well. Big thank you to both therapists!
Ali is the best. Over the years I have had other PT for knee and shoulder. She has them all beat hands down. I did not want shoulder surgery so she worked with me to strengthen and improve the flexibility in my shoulder. She was friendly and informative. You just don't go through the exercises; she takes the time to discuss what the exercises are doing for your shoulder so you're more aware of the why and how. If I ever need PT again, she'll be the one I look for.
