Pelvic Floor Therapy is insanely underrated care for helping women feel their best throughout the whole body, and having a supportive and understanding specialist makes all the difference! I have been coming to PT2Go Moyock for about a year and Allie is so patient and knowledgeable. She takes the time to learn what is/has been going on with YOU, what you are comfortable with and what kind of care will help you see long term results. My back feels better, my pain is way down and my strength is up! Don't keep putting off PFT.

I came here to strengthen leg muscles to hopefully prevent knee replacement. Both Allie and Alexa took me where I was and expertly built me up physically and confidently to a place where I can continue self therapy at home now! Alexa is a fantastic PTA! I have severe neck arthritis and have been working with Alexa for several months now. My pain level has decreased significantly yet, if I miss appointments for vacation or any other reason, I can really tell. Alexa really listens to me, and knows exactly how much to push me to help me get stronger. With so much pain, it has been a slow process, but definitely much better than surgery!
