Employees professional, and very attentive. I went for 2 weeks and looking forward to more sessions. I am starting to feel pain relief.
Surprise $500 charge at my first appointment, no mention of this beforehand, took off work for nothing.
The people that work there are really nice and do a good job, however they do some costly misleading billing in my opinion. It's my opinion they misrepresent themselves as out patient Physical Therapy, when in fact they are in-hospital Physical Therapy so you end up paying more and the care is subject to a deductible by most insurance companies.
