I learned low impact exercises
This appears to be a great place for physical therapy. The reason I say appear is due to my initial patient intake session. My therapist was very helpful and provided some great exercises for home study. I thought I would really be sore after the initial session but I was not and really happy with this result. I am looking forward to continued session to note the outcome.
