Maria is great, her good and attentive personality is awesome. Jordan was my mom’s assigned therapist, her knowledge is impressive and our first appointment was excellent. Our second appointment was a total disappointment, she was distracted 99% of her time with another patient. She was happy and fully engaged with the patients son, and my mom kept getting not even basic care. When asked if we should come back another day, she was reactive instead of acknowledging of what was happening. Pt solutions is great, just moving on ... read more
