Everyone is very nice,caring, very informative.
Great first experience. Lady at check in was very friendly and informative. I’ve never had someone explain my insurance coverage with me at check in - fantastic. Jared, my PT, was also friendly and easy to work with. He listened to my issues and asked thoughtful followup questions. I felt like he was knowledgeable and covered all my issues. He gave me several home exercises that should help and explained the anatomy and utility of the exercises.
