Blake was amazing! I was having extreme leg pain. I could not sleep at night and was constantly taking Tylenol. He helped me with building leg strength and instructed me on improving how I was walking. Now my leg pain is gone and I am sleeping through the night and off the Tylenol. Blake is a super nice guy, very professional and knows how to help you get back on track to a normal life!
Blake did a fantastic job with my rehab after knee replacement. Mixing in exercises for both strength and flexibility. I’m doing great today thanks to him.
