The people are great. But this is the only PT place that I’ve ever come across that does not assign you 1 person to work with. Every time I go I get a different therapist. I think having multiple therapists is less effective than working with just one. They read the notes of the previous therapist and use that as a guide for your session. All the therapists I’ve worked with are great. And I realize how much easier it is for your scheduling. But I definitely prefer working with the same therapist each session
The therapists were knowledgeable and helpful, however they were completely understaffed as they were asked to manage 3-4 patients at a time. A lot of time during the appointment felt wasted while you waited for your next instructions.
This facility is well staffed and well equipped. Brock was encouraging and challenged me to get better! Will definitely use them again, if I need PT.
