I chose PT Solutions because the location was convenient to my home, and it has been a delightful experience at every point of contact. Erin at the front desk is warm and helpful, and I just had my first visit yesterday. It was thorough and thoughtful, and answered all my questions.
Good service but needs to improve utterly useless distraction. Incredible amount of paperwork. All details SS#, employment on and on. And this is filled out twice-- online and on paper. Then there is Life Style questions for 'whole person' perspective. Really? All I need is PT for specific part like ankle or knee, not 'whole person' background.
