The staff is very friendly and have worked with me to recover quite a bit of mobility. My only criticism is that it was a very inconsistent experience, having 6 or 7 different PT personnel in 14 weeks. Some were great! Others struggled with time management or muscle work (or whatever they call the massage part of the appointment). I think I had a couple more appointments than necessary because there wasn't a consistent person to "call it."
