From the receptionist to the therapist, everyone took the time needed to treat my son with respect and care to get him started on a program to increase his mobility.
Had a great experience. Jorge is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this guy for any PT related issues.
My appointment was scheduled for 7:45am. The door was locked until AFTER my appointment. I had to knock on the door for them to let me in. It felt very unorganized. The PT I met with was very dismissive and made me feel like I didn't know what was going on with my own body. I kept telling her what pain I was feeling and where. She told me she didn't think that I needed to go to PT because my pain isn't as bad as it has been before (mind you, I waited over 4 months to be seen). She and the staff were not helpful at all.
