Great session at PT Solutions with Kim today. My sciatic pain is extremely improved. And she is so nice. She's personable, knowledgable, she really knows her stuff. But she's so easy to talk to, glad I found this place!
I just started my pt, been there twice so far. It's been a great experience they take the time to get to know you and your situation. The exercises are specific and a good challenge to get your body working at its peak.
