Therapist were very professional, well trained. My pain in low back greatly reduced. I am taking Tylenol 1 to 2 times a week. I am now able to bend over, put my shoes on without pain. I learned stretches, exercise with bands, balls, bars, bicycle, I have been able to walk further without pain. I am completing more tasks per hour. I'm mowing my grass, completing household chores that were very difficult before (sweeping and mopping, standing to wash dishes, laundry, cooking) I have less pain and fatigue.
