Friendly environment, they push you but not too much to cause harm. They teach you how to build muscle everywhere, which helps balance your weak areas. Would recommend to anyone who needs PT.
Nice spacious facility with knowledgeable staff. Great place for PT therapy. Really appreciated the diversity of exercises which kept challenging and strengthening my body. My PT was Lillian, she was outstanding! She answered all my questions and provided me with a plan so I can continue to make progress at home. I highly recommend Lillian and this group practice.
