Lack of reading and paying attention to paperwork
Wow, where do I start? Well, I was skeptical of Physical therapy I mean, I know how to exercise at least I thought I did. The therapist’s here are extremely knowledgeable on your issues and what exercises to do and how to do them correctly and patience to a point as long as YOU put the work in. For example, I was so proud of myself that I could do six sets of 10 next thing I know 10 pounds of extra weight was going on my stomach hmmm she said, let’s see how many you can do now. I am very happy with the PT. All the therapists were excellent with me. I would highly recommend PT Solutions. The entire staff were very polite and professional. I felt that they cared about my needs.
