Very nice facility with great therapists. Adam is wonderful.
I have now had the services of 3 different therapists who have all been excellent. Knowledgeable, courteous, empathetic and want to understand the whole person. They have all seemed familiar with my doctors and know their styles of therapy. The location seems well-designed and comfortable and the receptionist is welcoming.
If you go to a Health Club and work with a Personal Trainer, he/she will likely focus on strength training. Nothing wrong with that, but if you are looking for functional movement training or balance improvement, go to PT Solutions. At Atlantic and Girvin, Mike has excellent communications skills, and he will listen to your description of your systems as well as interact with you to find the most effective exercises to help you on your journey to better health.
