I was scheduled quickly. Taylor is wonderful I highly recommend her. She answers all my questions and helped me set up my goal.
I am rehabbing after my second knee replacement. My physical therapists at PT Solutions are gently guiding me through some very challenging exercises, helping me stay focused and engaged with my healing process. Kylie and Taylor are fantastic! Maddie is also doing a great job to navigate my paperwork for insurance. Plus this location is in my neighborhood, with easy access via a free bus route. I love PT Solutions of Fairfax!
Kelan was very professional and convinced me that I have a good path toward a full recovery. That said, I was confused by what I was told at the reception desk, which was I had to pay up to $3000 out of pocket before TRICARE Prime would start paying. I called them and they informed me that I should only pay $38 per visit as co-pay. Clarification regarding my bill would be very helpful. Thanks so much.
