Update: OCT 21... I raised my rating by another star after a couple of weeks of going here. The original concerns were addressed and I do feel like there is a plan forming now. The staff was attentive to my concerns and responded in a very positive way. I will update again when I complete my 12 sessions. I am completely new to PT, so maybe my expectations are too high.
