I am doing good with PT.
My experience with the actual physical therapy was great. Steve was wonderful, and I was very happy with the care I received. Unfortunately, my experience with the PT Solutions billing department has been the complete opposite. My insurance covered my physical therapy, and the EOBs show that I owe $0. Despite this, PT Solutions billed me. I spent a significant amount of time working with my insurance company and providing PT Solutions with the EOBs showing that I had no patient responsibility. I’ve had such a great experience here! Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. You can tell the whole team really enjoys what they do and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Shoutout to Steve - he is awesome! He’s knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and always makes the sessions feel positive and productive. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great PT experience!
