PT session on 10/15 left me very stiff and sore in my quads and glutes. Number of reps may have been excessive. My PT is expressly for right hip mobility and pain relief, but some of the workout segments targeted seemingly unrelated areas.
I can honestly say I look forward to my visits twice a week! The ladies at the front are always cheerful and friendly. I work with Dolly and I see my progress on each visit. She takes time to listen to my concerns and ask how I’m doing. I’ve worked with Christian and he is great too! I love the flexible scheduling also. If I had to do physical therapy again for anything else, I would choose PT Solutions every time!
They are very accommodating. Was very impressed with Dolly. She is very knowledgeable and attentive .
Therapist are very thoughtful and concerned for me.
I love PT solutions. The care is very personalized and the therapists spend quality time with each patient. Dolly is extremely knowledgeable and explains the purpose of each exercise. I'll never go anywhere else!
