The staff is so friendly and do everything they can to make me feel understood and encouraged. I have observed thei excellent people skills whether they are working with mentally challenged youn adults or aging adults like me!
This is my second time around with PT Solutions and they are always so kind and patient. I never have to wait long to be seen. Maddie is so easy to work with and she is so understanding of my level that I can do.
I’ve been on therapy for 3 weeks 3x and I love my two therapists. They are so caring about how you feel and your body when doing new exercises. After surgery some are a bit hard or uncomfortable and they always ask and change them if I’m unable to do them. Very happy with the service and staff. Front desk ladies are also fabulous and make you feel so welcome that you want to come back. Most definitely recommended!
