Very knowledgeable.
PT Solutions was great from the minute I walked in the door. I had a slight attitude as I really didn’t understand why my copay was so high (they did call the day before so I wouldn’t be surprised). The front desk person was awesome. She explained everything to me and even gave me additional information. She provided the best customer service I have had in a long time.
