I spoke to Heather about physical therapy for my shoulder on Fri Sept 12. I immediately texted her my doctor's orders as she requested. I also provide my insurance information. Heather said she will get it authorized with the hospital and call me back to schedule an appointment. It is now Wed Sept 17 and I haven't heard back so I called again. Very pleasant and professional
These guys are great, I recently had a TIA causing half of my body to not react to movement. After my first meeting, following directions given to me. I can officially walk 1 foot. With assistance but have movement.
