I started visiting Tess after I had rotator cuff repair and bicep tendon repair. The physical therapist, my doctor sent me to was not meeting my needs. I am a 42-year-old very active , full-time hairdresser and business owner. Tess has been amazing. I love the one on one and she really has helped me regain my range of motion so that I can get back to work and life as soon Possible. Being able to live life to the fullest is priceless.
Tess is FANTASTIC! She's been very helpful with the recovery of my back, hip, and shoulder pain I've had this past year. She's incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable! I wish I had only seen her sooner. I cannot recommend her enough!
Tess Vaughn has been a tremendous help to me. I first sought her help for a specific condition, for which she was able to provide me with effective and, surprisingly, lasting relief. Yay!!! But the benefits did not stop there. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and attentive. During our sessions she has provided me with so many wonderful “life-hacks” (exercises, stretches, and best practices), specific to me, that have greatly improved my quality of life. I highly recommend her. And I am very thankful for her help.
