I made several visits to Roxanne because I had been having pain in my shoulder for months that I had not been able to resolve through rest, pain/inflammation medications (even doctor-prescribed) or exercise. Roxanne listened very carefully, conducted a thorough evaluation, and offered several appropriate exercises over several sessions.
