I’ve been seeing Nate since early May, and he’s been incredible. His warm, insightful approach has helped me understand and sit with my feelings in a way I never could before. The chair work he introduced was especially powerful - it helped me speak to the part of myself that struggles and reassure it that I’ll take care of it. I have been working with Nate for 2 years. Initially I came to him with relationship issues. But recently I did some extensive work with him that got to the core of my some of my personal challenges around self-criticism. He has helped me challenge my own self-view, accept the whole me (including faults) and create a gap between trigger and reaction (often self-berating). It feels like I’m stepping into a whole new world where I am clearer, calmer, more resilient and ultimately happier. Thanks Nate.

I had never been to therapy before I met Nate, at least not on my own terms anyway, so I was incredibly nervous to say the least.
