Absolutely brilliant therapist. Nate is kind, smart, attentive, and you always feel heard.
I had never been to therapy before I met Nate, at least not on my own terms anyway, so I was incredibly nervous to say the least. Little did I know that opening up to Nate was the best thing I could ask for to work on my mental health. Couldn't think of an easier going person to talk to. What might feel like an incredibly daunting subject to talk about, indeed turns into a massive weight lifted off your shoulders. Nate, I just want to say thank you.
Nate, Firstly I like to say about Nate is very Kind, Polite and he is always ready to help you anytime you ask him any questions. I like how he listens to you and always find way to help you and correct your words too. I highly recommend Nate to anyone seeking or considering therapy. Nate is highly empathetic, supportive and always creates a judgment free and safe space to explore anything I've needed to work on.
I really enjoy working with Nate. He has a good mix of a calm and easing approach with asking questions to challenge your thinking. He’s helped me build confidence in myself (and ultimately being less hard on myself) when exploring areas that have been causing me a good deal of stress.
